2 organic, large brown eggs
1 cup, crumbled bacon
1 cup, shredded Tillamook Sharp Cheddar
Kosher Salt and black pepper, to taste
fresh chives, diced
butter or olive oil (optional)
Note: Because of Triple Performance Grid design, you won’t require too much oil. Your omelets will slide right off the skillet.
