The geeks nom lunch was hugely inspiring. You navigate so gracefully around the kitchen, it makes the alchemy of creating a meal impossible to resist, no matter your level of experience. That's what makes yours such vital contributions, you don't just make things, you bring people together and imbue the experience with a sort of meaning — a certain magic — that truly makes everything you make memorable, for more than simply its taste (which, if I may, is delectable).

Thank you so much for letting me be a part of it.

Aw, thanks. I'm so very glad that you came along. One of my favorite shots in the episode is you toasting with a Mexican coke in a bottle–classic! I'll host one again and you're always welcomed to be part of it!

    Claudia,

What a wonderful video and such a fun way to present a recipe! I'm always looking for new vegetarian dishes, so thanks for sharing this with us!

I was just craving the potato tacos from El Atacor (sometimes I wished that I still lived in LA! There is great Mexican food in Napa but I haven't found potato tacos anywhere.) But after seeing your video, I think that I'll make these taquitos – it will be a taste of home.

Potato tacos are hard to find at restaurants but commonly found in many Mexican kitchens. I was raised on these! I'm glad you now have the recipe to give them a shot. Let me know how it goes and thanks for taking the time to visit my site.

Glad I'm able to bring you a new veggie dish, Amber!
