Thanksgiving Cookies

Welcome guest by serving up these irresistible Thanksgiving treats, all dressed up for the holiday! Nestled inside each cookie is a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Semi-sweet chocolate chips and pecans are used to create the Turkey features. Enlist a few junior chefs to help you create them. Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving Turkey Cookies (2 dozen cookies)

1 cup butter or margarine, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg yolk
2 cups all-purpose flour
12 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, cut in half
1/2 cup pecan halves, chopped into large pieces
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

    Andrea Gastelum: Yup, my mom makes this BOMB cranberry sauce. She adds jalapeno in it in addition to some other secret things to spice it up and give it a kick!
